Terms and conditions of sale

Version dated 28 October 2026

1. Who sells what

GRADEFLOW is an extension for Adobe Premiere Pro published by Théo Vervier, sole proprietor (entrepreneur individuel, EI), 3 impasse des Violettes, 01480 Villeneuve, France, SIRET 909 132 516 00040 (hereinafter “the publisher”).

GRADEFLOW licenses are sold by Paddle.com Market Limited, a company governed by English law, registered under number 8172165, 30 Old Bailey, London EC4M 7AU, United Kingdom, or by the Paddle entity of your country if you buy from the United States or Canada (“Paddle”). Paddle acts as official reseller and merchant of record. Paddle collects the payment, issues the invoice and handles refunds. The order is therefore also governed by Paddle's purchase terms, which you accept at the time of payment. In case of a conflict over payment, invoicing or refunds, Paddle's terms prevail.

These terms set out what you are buying: a license to use the software, and the service the publisher undertakes to provide.

2. The product

GRADEFLOW sends a sequence from Premiere Pro to DaVinci Resolve Studio. Its features and limits are described on the home page and in the help, in particular what is not transferred (audio effects, Premiere color effects).

Required setup: macOS 15 or later on an Apple Silicon Mac (M1 or newer), Adobe Premiere Pro 2025 or 2026, DaVinci Resolve Studio 21. Earlier versions of DaVinci Resolve Studio have not been tested. The free version of DaVinci Resolve does not allow automatic sending. There is no Windows version to date. Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve Studio are not supplied and are bought separately from Adobe and Blackmagic Design.

It is your responsibility to check this setup before buying.

3. Price

The price is the one displayed on the site and in the payment window at the time of the order. The license is sold for €14.99. A launch price of €9.99 is reserved for the first 10 orders; it stops automatically as soon as that number is reached. The amount you pay is the one shown by Paddle before you confirm payment.

4. Order and delivery

The order takes place in Paddle's payment window, on this site. Once the payment is accepted, you receive Paddle's receipt by email, then an email from the publisher containing your license key and the download link for the installation file. If this email does not arrive within the hour, check your spam folder, then write to contact@gradeflowstudio.com.

5. The license

The purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive license, with no time limit, to use GRADEFLOW for private or professional purposes.

The license includes, free of charge, all updates to version 2 of GRADEFLOW (versions numbered 2.x), whatever the date of purchase. The extension signals new versions; you install them yourself, with the same key. A later major version (version 3 or after) may be sold separately. You remain free not to buy it: your version 2 then keeps working, and the publisher provides the updates needed for the software to remain in conformity with what was sold, under the conditions set by the French Consumer Code.

A license is activated on two computers at a time. You can release a computer from the extension's settings in order to activate another one, three times per 30-day period; beyond that, or if a computer is lost or out of service, support releases it on simple request. An internet connection is required for activation, then at least once every 30 days.

Before any purchase, GRADEFLOW can be tried free for 3 days, with no credit card and no email address. One trial is granted per Mac. During the trial, an internet connection is required before each send. At the end of the trial, the extension no longer allows sending a sequence until a key is activated; what has already been sent to DaVinci Resolve stays there.

You may not resell, rent, share or publish your key, nor modify, decompile or redistribute the software, except within the limits permitted by law. GRADEFLOW remains the property of the publisher.

6. Right of withdrawal and refund

You can ask for a refund of your order within 30 days of purchase, without having to justify it. This period covers and exceeds the legal withdrawal period of 14 days. The details are in the refund policy. A refunded license is deactivated.

7. Support

Support is provided by email, in French, at contact@gradeflowstudio.com. The publisher usually replies within two business days.

8. Liability

GRADEFLOW does not modify your media or your edited sequence: it writes new files to the sends folder and creates projects and timelines in DaVinci Resolve. Keep backups of your projects and media all the same, as with any editing software.

The result of a send depends on Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve, whose updates can change their behavior. The publisher fixes the defects reported to them as far as possible, but does not guarantee that every sequence will be reproduced identically in Resolve. Check your timeline before any delivery to a client.

Except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, and subject to the rights the law guarantees you as a consumer, the publisher's liability is limited to the amount paid for the license.

9. Personal data

See the privacy policy.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In case of difficulty, write first to contact@gradeflowstudio.com: an amicable solution will be sought. For a question about payment or a refund, you can also contact Paddle directly at paddle.net.
